A guest at a Mexico wedding reception revealed the gender-based four-course menus that left more than 100 invitees terribly ill, with 80 people being admitted to hospital.  Aranza Rodríguez attended the ceremony Saturday night in the central city of Cuernavaca and was rushed to a Red Cross hospital where she was treated for bacterial infection.  Rodríguez told Mexican newspaper Proceso that she was a guest of the groom, Fernando, whose wedding party started around 4pm with dinner set to be served at 6pm. 

As of Tuesday morning, 18 people had been taken into custody over the Boca Bash weekend, during which thousands of revelers took to the sea for a wild party where liquor flowed freely, and clothes were stripped off. The revelers face charges related to boating under the influence and drug offenses, with released mugshots showing their haggard, red faces and bleary eyes in the aftermath of the rowdy gathering. Arrested by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Officers, the partygoers have been booked into the Palm Beach County Jail by Tuesday morning, as reported by Boca News. Unidentified Boca Bash revelers previously sparked fury after they were caught on camera pouring their cans and bottles into the water and openly celebrating the littering as they left the infamous bash on Sunday.

Donald Trump returns to Manhattan for the third week of the hush money trial. The former president will be sat in the courtroom while prosecutors carry on questioning Michael Cohen's former banker Gary Farro. He testified on Friday that he helped Trump's disgraced former fixer open accounts, including the one used to pay porn star Stormy Daniels $130,000. Trump is also facing a fine of up to $10,000 for contempt of court for violating the gag order in the case. Judge Juan Merchan has scolded his social media activity and could rule as soon as Tuesday.

New footage has emerged showing Travis Kelce kissing Taylor Swift on the shoulder as the couple enjoyed a night out together in Las Vegas.  The Chiefs star and his 'significant other' - as he called Swift - were special guests as Patrick Mahomes' foundation put on a golf fundraiser in Sin City. Kelce even flogged four tickets to Swift's Eras Tour as part of the night's charity auction, with someone eventually taking them for $80,000.

A group of anti-Israel protesters at Columbia University have seized the historic Hamilton Hall - with their actions being compared to the January 6 insurrection. Protestors stormed and occupied the building on the main campus of the Manhattan university after smashing their way into the school. The occupation came nearly 12 hours after the deadline of 2pm on Monday for protestors to leave their protest encampment or face suspension. Due to the takeover, the school issued a stay away notice for members of staff telling them to avoid the Morningside campus on Tuesday morning. 

Law enforcement moved in on the encampment on the university's South Lawn before deploying the measures to disperse those that had gathered on Monday. Officers in riot gear encircled the roughly 100 sitting protestors before they started dragging and carrying them away. While police in Texas quickly dealt with the protest, protests at Columbia University have continued with a building at the campus now taken over by protestors .

Megyn Kelly blasted Drew Barrymore's bizarre interview with Vice President Kamala Harris by calling the cringeworthy segment 'demeaning.' During a cringeworthy moment, Barrymore slid uncomfortably close to Harris on the couch, and pleaded with the vice president to become a 'mother' to the whole US. 'I feel like Secret Service is probably like "a little farther away, madam." And the, "Ah!" When [Harris] is like, she's got her mother's laugh,' Kelly said.

A wild brawl broke out at a Virginia theme park on Sunday involving two groups of visitors.  Shocking footage of the incident shows a group of men throwing punches at another man inside Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia.   The incident took place around 5:30pm when a disagreement broke out between two different groups of visitors in the queue for the Pantheon rollercoaster, which first opened in 2022.

Georgia man George Kalb, 48 (top left), was taken into custody on Friday morning and charged with first-degree burglary and theft by conversion. Homeowner Michael Peterson (top right) died last June after suffering a heart attack. He had no will, and the house has since gone into foreclosure. But on April 16, Kalb parked a moving van in the driveway. He changed the locks and tidied up the yard. Neighbors phoned police, and Kalb presented an unsigned rental with a different person listed as the homeowner. Police later found signs of forced entry and took him into custody over a week later. Kalb has a lengthy criminal history consisting of burglary, grand theft and forgery offenses in both Georgia and Florida.

In West Virginia , one county's health department has warned that the state is currently seeing hundreds of cases of the condition, compared to a handful a few years ago. The department administrator Howard Gamble told local news outlets that patients must see a healthcare professional 'if a tick has bit you and it is embedded into your skin.' Statewide, cases reached 1,052 last year - and are expected to surge to similar levels this year. Just a decade ago, there were barely 300 cases a year. The two-year-old bear, named Juniper, devoured the ducks while several children cried and smacked the glass to distract her at the Woodland Park Zoo. The video begins with Juniper patiently watching the mother duck and her five baby ducklings by the pond. She then plunged into her bear pond, going straight for the ducks, grabbing and biting the fluffy ducklings one after another. Rachelle, a TikTok user who shared the video last week, mentioned it happened during her daughter's birthday party on April 23.

Bishimbayev, 43, had claimed in court that his wife had died from 'self-inflicted' injuries on November 9 last year. But the CCTV footage directly contradicts his claim, as it shows the politician punching and kicking his defenseless wife over a period of more than two hours. Bishimbayev finally admitted in court last Wednesday that he had beaten her and 'unintentionally' caused her death.

This is the moment a TikToker accidentally captured a 'serial thief' using a distraction technique to swipe her phone from under her nose - a trick which many others claim to have fallen victim to. Aminah Ali (pictured), 25, was filming a video with a friend outside a restaurant in London earlier this month, when a woman arrived 'out of nowhere'. The content creator claims the lady asked for money, but as she did so was waving a piece of paper, which she sneakily allowed to drop over Aminah's device so she could take it. Aminah only realised her phone was missing a few minutes later and her 'heart dropped' when her friend Iryna Leterova revealed she had captured the moment the alleged thief positioned the paper so she could swipe the device.

Royal watchers have accused Queen Mary and King Frederik of Denmark of photoshopping their first official royal portrait weeks after their British counterparts were slammed for putting out 'fake' Mother's Day pictures (right). Eagle-eyed fans claimed that: 1. The image of Queen Mary was a separate portrait. 2. Her hand placement over King Frederik's proved this. 3. Frederik looked like he'd 'rolled out of bed', while his wife looked regal. New footage has emerged of the shooting that led to Texans receiver Tank Dell and nine others shot in Florida. The incident took place at Cabana Live in Sanford and started when a brawl broke out in the crowd. Moments later, the 16-year-old gunman opened fire as partygoers raced towards the exit. The Texans revealed Dell was released from the hospital on Sunday and was in 'good spirits' after sustaining a minor wound.

Five Lincoln Middle School students have been banned from future competitions after they refused to compete against Becky Pepper-Jackson, 13, on April 18. West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has filed a lawsuit against the Harrison County Board of Education on the student's behalf. Pepper-Jackson has lived as a girl for more than five years. She began identifying as female in the third grade, take puberty blockers and legally changed her name. Pepper-Jackson took home first place in shot put at the track and field championship.

Considered one of Hitler's right-hand men and the highest-ranking Nazi official tried at Nuremberg, Reichsmarschall Goring (left) is responsible for some of history's most heinous crimes against humanity. His home in northeastern Poland (right) was considered to have been thoroughly researched, until a team of local researchers and amateur archaeologists set out to uncover a wooden floor in the concrete building. The German-Polish excavators went to the haunting site in the hope of finding some nails or other building materials, and instead uncovered something much darker. The remains of three adults, a teenager and a baby were exposed in the dig, each of which appeared to have been buried naked and had no hands or feet.

After 25 years of drought, Lake Casitas in Ventura County was finally declared to have reached capacity last week after storms from last year pushed water levels to 70 percent - and this year's intense weather conditions gave the reservoir the final push. On Friday, a steady stream of water spilled from the previously drought-stressed reservoir - despite being at just 28 percent in 2022. The water had reached the spillway's elevation at 567 feet - allowing water to finally start trickling down the spillway once again, according to the Casitas Municipal Water District. Lake Casitas, which is fed water by two creeks and a diversion structure, hasn't spilled since 1998.

Alejandra Rodriguez proved that age really is just a number after being crowned Miss Buenos Aires earlier this month. The win marks a huge milestone as it propels her into the nationwide competition where she will represent her province in May. Jesse Rossi and his daughter got terrifyingly close to the powerful EF3 tornado near Marietta, in southern Oklahoma, on Saturday. Their car was almost hit by debris during a Facebook Live stream by Jesse as the pair drove on the highway. Jesse and his daughter are heard discussing the cloud formation ahead of them as they see lightening and realize they are directly facing the tornado. As they decide to pull over. a large piece of metal falls right in front of their car, sparking panic in the storm chasers. At least 25 tornadoes killed four people in the state and left thousands without power Sunday, with at least 100 people injured. Footage of the aftermath in Marietta shows a Dollar Tree distribution center completely destroyed and ripped open by the twister. More than 20,000 people were still without electricity hours after tornadoes began late Saturday night. The destruction was extensive in Sulphur, a town of about 5,000 people, where a tornado crumpled many downtown buildings, tossed cars and buses and sheared the roofs off houses across a 15-block radius.

Desperate college students entering the workforce are the newest scam victims with fake job recruiters promising lucrative careers duping them. The newest trick involves scammers reaching out to job seekers with promises of high-paying work. They then trick the student to accepting a check, which bounces, but not before the fraudsters have access to the victim's bank account allowing them to make off with their money. Recent college graduates are desperate for jobs, making them especially susceptible targets of scams

Creperie la Falaise in Vierville-sur-Mer overlooks the coastline which was stormed by Allied troops on D-Day as they sought to liberate France from Nazi occupation. Almost exactly 80 years on, battlefield guide Eugenie Brooks said troops she took to the eatery were refused service. 'This cafe at Vierville Draw at Omaha Beach Normandy refused to serve my British Army soldiers today as "they are English",' she wrote on X, adding: 'An utter disgrace & I will NEVER EVER EVER take any of my tours there again.'
