The Duke and Duchess of Sussex met officials and children at the Wuse Lightway Academy this morning, hours after their arrival in Abuja in the early hours. Harry spoke to a group of pupils at the school - which is supported by the couple's Archewell Foundation - about mental health, and referenced when someone has 'lost a loved one in your family and you don't know who to turn to or who to speak to'. The Duke - who was 12 and his brother William 15 when Diana died in Paris in 1997 - added that there was 'no shame to be able to acknowledge that today is a bad day', He also told the children: 'You can have it, she (Meghan) can have it, I can have it. They can have it. Every single one of us is likely to have it on any given day.' The couple flew in together just before 5am following a secret reunion at London Heathrow 's VIP Windsor Suite yesterday after the Duchess arrived from Los Angeles . They then boarded the British Airways overnight flight to Abuja.

Meghan told the pupils : 'As I look around this room, I see myself in all of you as well. So it is a complete honour to have our first visit to Nigeria, be here with all of you. We believe in all of you, we believe in your futures, we believe in your ability to continue telling your stories and to just be honest with each other. There is no need to suffer in silence. Just make sure that you're taking care of yourselves.' Meghan also praised James Holt, the executive director of the Archewell Foundation who has joined them on the trip, for his work - adding that his 'birthday is today'. An Arizona State University student breaks down in tears in front of the court house following her arrest after learning she won't be allowed to graduate. Breanna Brocker, a senior who took part in the pro-Palestine demonstrations on campus, told ABC 15 that she won't be able to graduate as her suspension will cause her to miss her final exam. Brocker was one the 72 individuals arrested and taken into custody for continuing to protest on ASU's campus despite being given multiple warnings about the potential legal and academic consequences. She was also one of the 20 students the U.S. District judge denied preliminary injection to to lift the ban on students who were suspended after the protests.

Starting July 1, California restaurants will not be allowed to add a surcharge to their menu items or services, which experts say will lead to soaring menu prices in San Francisco. The ban, confirmed by the California Office of the Attorney General on Wednesday, has sent shockwaves through the already suffering restaurant industry. The mother of a New Jersey 'deadbeat dad' whose son died of abuse broke down in court as she revealed the furious phone call she received from him at the hospital following the little boy's death. Christopher Gregor 31, is accused of forcing his six-year-old son, Corey Micciolo, to run on a treadmill because he was 'too fat'. The little boy died soon after from injuries sustained from the alleged abuse. On the sixth day of Gregor's trial his mother Carol Gregor took the stand to recall the moment she learned of Corey's death from her son. Carol described a phone call she received from the hospital where her grandson had died. 'Chris is hysterical,' she said - adding that he was screaming 'what did she do to him' about the little boy's mother, Breanna Micciolo. Gregor's mother then chokes back tears as she describes the exact moment Gregor told her 'Corey passed'.

Adam Goff reported his troubles to fellow Tesla drivers in a dedicated Facebook group after hitting a 'roo on a rural NSW road around 6am on Tuesday.
