King Frederik X of Denmark and his wife Queen Mary have arrived in Stockholm today for their first state visit since ascending to the Danish throne.  After being greeted by Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Prince Daniel and boarding the Danish royal yacht Dannebrog earlier in the day, the first evening was as spectacular as expected with a gala dinner at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. The glittering event was hosted by King Carl Gustaf and German-Brazilian-born Queen Silvia (pictured right, with Queen Mary), while high-profile Swedish royals such as Prince Carl Philip, Princess Sofia, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel were also in attendance.

The Appalachian Wildlife Refuge has blasted the people who pulled the cub out of a tree in Asheville, west NC, for their 'shocking' behavior - while giving an update on the animal's condition. Six friends were caught pulling cubs from a tree near Berrington Village Apartments before taking photos with them and dropping one on the ground beside a fence in a viral video on April 16. Officials said the discarded bear was separated from her mother and siblings during the upsetting interaction, and their employees have spent the last two weeks stabilizing the traumatized animal.

Courtney Crawford starts at 4am in the Little Rock, Arkansas, branch which was a favorite hang-out for mom Tammy before she died from cancer in June last year. An early-morning customer handed management a note saying Courtney had 'made a difference' in her day and enclosing $200 for the barista to 'treat herself'. A Cybertruck got stuck on the beach on Nantucket Island, despite Elon Musk's pledge that the vehicle was 'apocalypse-proof.' The incident was caused because the owner didn't let air out of the tires which is a requirement for off-roading. It comes as other Cybertruck owners have complained about rust stains and critical steering error alerts.

This is the terrifying moment a semi-truck plowed into spectators at an illegal street race in Mexico and killed three people, including a minor, and left 12 others injured. Footage showed hundreds of people lined up on both sides of Lázaro Cardenas Street when the driver of one of the two trucks lost control just seconds following the start of the clandestine race in Epazoyucan, Hidalgo on Sunday. A woman could be seen hugging a child as they sat on the ground as the trucks to charge down the street while a man walked nearby by selling balloons. 

French President Emmanuel Macron was snapped kissing the wife of China 's President on the hand as he welcomed the couple to a state banquet in Paris. Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan are currently undertaking a two-day state visit to France.
