Attorneys for suspected driver Carlos Alonso, 78, released the footage as they say it bolsters his claims that he had no idea about the tragedy when he fled the scene on Saturday. In the footage, he is seen unmooring his 42-foot Boston Whaler vessel shortly after 3pm on Saturday, before returning around 4:30pm in a calm manner. Speaking at the GOP's Lincoln Reagan dinner, Trump insisted on the test as a debate precondition, making a bold claim about the president. Trump reiterated his demand, predicting Biden would be 'jacked up' for the debates. He also criticized Biden's environmental policies, economic performance, and alleged falsehoods about his life. Dubbed the Ostwind, the now 80-foot-long yacht sits at the bottom of the ocean. While aboard the ship, he was planning on accepting Prime Minister Winston Churchill's surrender. Obviously his plan did not pan out, and the U.S. reportedly took control of the Ostwind and used it as a training craft at the U.S. Naval Academy. It was eventually taken over by a series of investors, hoping to making it into a museum.
