Oates, 76, is embroiled in a bitter legal feud with Hall, 77, who filed a lawsuit after his musical partner attempted to sell his share of the duo's Whole Oats Enterprises to a music publisher. The sister of a Sonoma County winery owner has filed a lawsuit alleging he sexually assaulted her during their childhood in the 1970s. Hilary McKean, now 60, accuses her brother, Mark Hanson, of abusing her for six years and seeks civil damages for symptoms including PTSD and anxiety. Hanson denies the allegations, claiming his sister fabricated the claims for monetary gain. McKean says she repressed memories of the abuse until recently and wants to end stigma around survivors of incest abuse through legal action and public advocacy.

Kappa Kappa Gamma national council said a trans woman was allowed to join because 'women' is 'undefined' in their bylaws. Six members of the University of Wyoming chapter brought a lawsuit against the national group over Artemis Langford's admission, claiming he made them uncomfortable and shouldn't have been allowed to join.

Daniel Rizea, who works as a director of engineering at Google, says there are many ways to be successful in your career and it all comes down to knowing what to avoid. In a piece for Business Insider, Daniel explained how he had leaned on business advice from legendary investor Charlie Munger. According to Daniel, Charlie's advice was 'surprising, if not simple' as it urged employees to simply avoid doing things that will make you fail. 'Avoiding ruin is better than chasing after fast and easy tricks for success, which usually turn out to be wrong,' Daniel recounted. Incredibly, despite being arrested and suspended after rumours of the illicit fling spread, Joynes went onto embark on a secret sexual relationship with one of his classmates, during which she became pregnant. It can now be revealed that the 30-year-old spent several months in custody after the second boy spoke to police.

Queer Planet will be released on June 6 as part of Peacock's Pride Month celebrations and is narrated by actor Andrew Rannells. The project is billed as a 'first-of-its-kind nature documentary' and will explore 'hidden LGBTQ+ communities among animals that have unconventional sexualities and genders,' according to Indie Wire. The documentary's synopsis reads: 'Take a worldwide journey exploring the rich diversity of animal sexuality - from flamboyant flamingos to pansexual primates, sex-changing clownfish, multi-gendered mushrooms and everything in between. 'This documentary looks at extraordinary creatures, witnesses amazing behaviors, and introduces the scientists who are questioning the traditional concept of what's natural when it comes to sex and gender.'

Many of the visitors who left disappointed condemned those whose behaviour had led to the Portal being shut down.
