The New York Attorney General's office asked a judge to void the $175 million bond secured in the New York civil fraud case. In a filing on Friday, AG Letitia James' office said Trump and other defendants in the case failed to show there is enough identifiable collateral to back the bond. The lawyers asked Judge Arthur Engoron to require Trump and other defendants to put up a replacement bond within seven days of ruling on the issue.

Newly released bodycam footage shows the moment officers confront a 'scammer' whose alleged scheme ended with an Ohio homeowner shooting an Uber driver dead. William Brock, 81, is accused of killing Lo-Letha Toland-Hall, 61, after mistakenly believing she was a scammer. Brock told cops he had been receiving menacing phone calls all day before Toland-Hall arrived and has pleaded not guilty to her murder. Clark County Sheriff's Office Detective Cruz spoke with the alleged scammer on the phone following the fatal shooting, footage obtained by ABC showed. 'May I ask who I'm talking to?' Cruz demanded. The scammer replied that 'this is the officer speaking,' to which Cruz responded 'Okay... what officer?'

Transgender professional wrestling star and former All Elite Wrestling women's world champion Nyla Rose is banned from competing in the state of Oklahoma, after the state's athletic commission classified her match from last December to be intergender. Rose won a two-minute match on AEW television last December taped in Oklahoma City against a cisgender female. She was born male and has transitioned, competing in the company's women's division since the start of the promotion in 2019.

The Colorado Rockies are under federal investigation after hitting coach Hensley Muelens posted a video of himself in the cockpit during a recent chartered flight, according to a report. While the Federal Aviation Administration has not specifically Hensley, the organization confirmed to 9News' Chris Vanderveen that it had launched an investigation into an 'unauthorized peson in the flight deck' during the April 10 flight. The flight was chartered by United Airlines, which said it was 'deeply disturbed by what we see in that video'

The spring real estate market is in full swing and homes are going up for sale - but they're staying there for longer in a handful of US cities. In a smattering of metro cold spots - dotted throughout Texas , Florida , Louisiana , New York and West Virginia - homes are staying on the market for an average of more than 60 days, according to new data from Realtor.com. For comparison, homes spent a median of 50 days on the market in March. 'Some of these markets are perennially slow-moving,' said Danielle Hale, chief economist at Realtor.com. 'They tend to be smaller markets that are not on the radar of most buyers.'
